Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)
IET is an energy therapy that facilitates self-healing with the loving energy of Angels.
IET works to detect and release energy blocks formed by suppressed emotions. Energy blocks and stored negative emotions create physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dis-ease. IET is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to release patterns of the past and help you empower and balance your life.
Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key)
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and a feeling of well-being. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that a universal life-force energy, or Ki, flows through the universe & through everybody. This energy is what causes us to be alive and healthy. If Ki is out of balance, disease & stress can result. Reiki helps to balance the energy centers of the body, thus helping the body to return to its natural state of good health & vitality.
